At the present time our inventory of available buildings is extremely limited but we do have plenty of room for your company.

Within XENIA and the immediate area several excellent contractor/developers are available, and construction of the ideal facility can be completed within any reasonable time schedule. Several of the contractor/developers will build-to-suit under lease and/or lease purchase arrangements. A list of these contractor/developers is available upon request.

Occasionally we receive information about the availability of
smaller industrial facilities for rent in the 1,500 sq. ft. - 3,500 sq. ft. range. As these usually lease quickly, we do not list them here. Please call XEGC at (937) 372-6389 for a current list of the available smaller facilities.
