Industrial Building InventoryAt the present time our inventory of available buildings is extremely limited but we do have plenty of room for your company. Within XENIA and the immediate area several excellent contractor/developers are available, and construction of the ideal facility can be completed within any reasonable time schedule. Several of the contractor/developers will build-to-suit under lease and/or lease purchase arrangements. A list of these contractor/developers is available upon request. Available Buildings
Occasionally we receive information about the availability of smaller industrial facilities for rent in the 1,500 sq. ft. - 3,500 sq. ft. range. As these usually lease quickly, we do not list them here. Please call XEGC at (937) 372-6389 for a current list of the available smaller facilities. Also, due to their higher turnover rate, we do not list retail or commercial/office space here.
